My first experience here was sub par to say the most. My hair dresser (who said she had 18+ years if experience) said she could to the ombre that I wanted no problem. Had great conversation, then when I see the end product it’s not at all what I wanted. Now I’m not one to complain right away. I gave myself a couple days. Hated it. Called to have her fix it and she said what I wanted needed multiple sessions, but couldn’t have told me that at the time? Shady. I was given a full refund and will not return.

Excellent! Gina did a great job. She really listened to what I wanted done. I went to get after a recommendation from my daughter. I had recently let my fiancè talk me into a cheap quick haircut a different place. I told Gina what happened and she fixed my hair. She took her time and I love what she did. I barely lost any length at all! I know most stylists hate fixing a botch – job from.somewhere else, but she never mentioned it! She even offered to do my hair for my upcoming wedding! Trust me – I’ll be calling her!!! (And I found my new stylist!!!)
