Medspa California was such a pleasant experience. I called in to see if there was any availability and even though they were pretty booked they accommodated my sister and I. The receptionist Emily was even so kind and worked around my schedule. Once we got to the facility, Emily was so delightful and friendly that even my 14 month old nephew thought she was a family member. Once we got the process going, Anu was so welcoming and informative. This is my second time receiving Botox and Anu gave me so much information I never knew. She kindly even went over what to expect the next few weeks which my previous experience did not. I appreciated that Anu gave me a play by play and informed me what areas she was applying botox and how much in each area. I know this seems customary, but the entire time she was very engaging and cordial. I would however would have liked before photos taken of my sister and I so we could see the change. Overall Medspa California has SUPERIOR service and I look forward to coming back.

I absolutely LOVE Medspa and specifically Anu. I’ve been coming for the past year to try botox, lip fillers, and laser rejuvenation. Anu is always very thorough in explaining or answering questions, as well as in the treatments themselves. She is honest about the pace of the improvements, which aren’t always immediate, or may take multiple visits. It’s totally worth the investment. I’m 49 and very pleased with the results. Anu Verma is a very skilled and intelligent professional. She is also very gracious and excellent at explaining all procedures in detail before proceeding. I especially enjoy the IPL treatments that she performs. Prior to beginning a laser treatment, Anu will hand me an applicator to numb my face with. I’ve had laser treatments at other places and not everyone numbs your face first, which can be pretty awful. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years and highly recommend Anu’s services.
