Medrein Health & Aesthetics is a physician-owned and operated med spa in Southlake, TX. Dr. Mikki (Haritha Mikkilineni) is a Board certified by American Board of Internal Medicine. She has 12 years of experience as an Emergency Room Physician, and her passion for beauty drove her into world of aesthetics. She has created a gorgeous boutique style clinic with state of the art equipment where she offers multiple services to accommodate and customize every clients needs. She has helped countless clients to achieve their dream beauty and aesthetic goals. Dr. Mikki is married, with two adorable kids and of course, a fur baby to complete their home.

Snoring/ Sleep apnea
Fotona Laser can treat snoring/ sleep apnea that is caused from laxity of posterior pharynx/ soft palate/ Uvula. This helps with lifestyle for many patients who having difficulty using CPAP/ BiPAP or other uncomfortable devises currently available.
Tattoo removal
We use Fotona’s Starwalker laser which is a powerful Pico/ Q switch laser that will remove Tattoos effectively. This laser also significantly lowers the incidence of blisters/ scars by our 2 step approach.

Acne
We specialize in treating Active acne by various topical products, Chemical peels and in combination with Lasers for all age groups. This helps to avoid use of oral medicines that have several side effects.
Acne Scars
Few options to treat acne scars, such as Microneedling, Chemical peels and Lasers. We use Fotona fractionated resurfacing laser to achieve visible results quickly.
Botox
Botox smoothes wrinkles, fine lines, and Crow’s feet caused by overuse of muscles from repeated facial expressions. With Botox, you can erase years from your face.
Chemical Peels
Its a cosmetic treatment where a chemical is applied to remove top layers of skin, minimize fine lines, dullness, improves texture, and hyperpigmentation.
Dermal Fillers- Restylane (Contour, Lyft, Defyne, Kysse). Versa/ Revanesse, and RHA
Dermal fillers help to fill/ define/ contour face. Commonly used to give volume and rejuvenate lips, add volume to cheek, define jawline, Nasolabial folds, Tear troughs, fill in hollow Temples and more.
Dermaplaning
This is done by using a dermaplane blade to exfoliate skin for getting rid of dead skin/ vellus hair. Leaving a clean and glowing face. This is a great treatment to combine with Hydrofacial
Dysport
Dysport smoothes wrinkles, fine lines, and Crow’s feet caused by overuse of muscles from repeated facial expressions. With Dysport, you can erase years from your face
Hair Restoration
We use Microneedling with PRF/PRP or with Growth factors (PEP Factor) to restore hair growth. This works well by creating and improving vascularity of scalp and by applying growth factors.
Hydrofacial
This is a powerful non invasive medical grade facial that will cleanse, exfoliate, extract (black/ white heads/ dead skin), hydrates face by delivering antioxidant and moisturizing serums.
Lip Fillers
Lip fillers are administered via injection. They consist of hyaluronic acid, a sugar that naturally occurs in your skin. Hyaluronic acid helps your skin retain moisture. Hyaluronic acid injections have been used to treat facial wrinkles, such as nasolabial folds, or “smile lines”

PCDC (Kybella) is used to dissolve small areas of fat pockets. Commonly used to help with fat under chin area.
PDO Thread Lift
A PDO threadlift is a revolutionary new cosmetic treatment that mechanically lifts skin and tissue, providing immediate skin tightening, an uplifting appearance, and a reduction in fat deposits.
Pigmentation/ Hyperpigmentation
Hyperpigmentation is treated by topical creams/ Chemical peels/ Pico lasers. We have different options to treat Pigmentation such as Sun spots/ Freckles/ Hyperpigmentation due to post inflammation or from Acne.
Sculptra (Collagen Stimulator)
Sculptra is used to stimulate collagen. Its injected under your skin and results are seen gradually over the course of few mths. Sculptra is frequently used for face, neck, decollete and also for Butt lifts.
Stretch Marks/ Scars
Hard to treat, but our Fotona fractionated resurfacing lasers work great to improve stretch marks/ scars. It will typically require few sessions.

This is my second time coming with Dr. Mikki. The first time i came and she fix one of my eye brows which was too arch from over doing the botox with another dr. I was so happy with the results. Now im back again for a little TLC on a area of my cheeks that is driving me crazy!!
