The program(s) they offer for weight loss WORK. No doubt about that. I began my journey here before Thanksgiving last year & ended it in March (4mos total) and lost about 30lbs. (with minimal exercise & dieting, I might add!) The Mediquick staff were very friendly & knowledgeable. I would have continued the program, except I got FED UP with my appointments having to be cancelled at least ONCE A MONTH due to short staffing. Keep in mind, you pay $$ in advance for the month, so you’re not getting all your shots if you’re asked to reschedule another week out.

At first the program worked really well to where I lost about 29 pounds but then my weight plateaud no matter what I tried. What made me decide not to return was my last visit in March. I had my IUD removed the week prior to my last appointment due to many complications including weight fluctuations. The nurse I saw was new..of Asian descent (I don’t remember her name). She was very dismissive after I told her I had the IUD removed and took me off the weight loss medication then pushed an over the counter weight loss pill to me. Well since I no longer have the IUD and not taking any type of meds, guess whose weight is down by 30 pounds?

Yesterday I attempted to schedule an appointment and was told that I need to pay a deposit because I missed an appointment in 2020. It’s now March 2022 and I have attended multiple appointments since then. I asked to speak with a supervisor because I assumed I was misunderstanding. The supervisor never came to the phone and never called me back. I called again today and I was told I in fact missed 2 appointments. A supervisor called back and said I missed 3 appointments and I should have been paying deposits because the system will prompt for a deposit and the appt can’t be made without it. I was later told the ladies who booked my appointments were in training so they didn’t know to get a deposit. So what happened to the prompt that requires a deposit??? I’d rather you say that you no longer want my business than to make up a story like that. ♀️

Absolutely love this place! I originally went here to get weight loss services and have lost almost 40 pounds! They also offer hair services and spa services like facials etc. At one of my appointments they offered me a freebie and I got a free facial. The aesthetician was incredible, she was so nice and helped me so much with my skin issues. She offered for me to try one of their skin care products from the line they sale and it has done so much for my skin! She seemed to really care about helping me out and not just to make a buck. I will continue to use this place for all my beauty needs!

I will never go back to this place they have tried to change things without telling people at all. Expired shots with no date and turns brown plus I didnt get all my shots because they said it only last for a month which they never said before . I used to like this place but I would never return and the last fat burner shot was useless it didn’t even work . Maybe they changed management but it’s not the same . A waste of my money honestly
