I came here with my pregnant cousin to get her nails done for her babyshower and from the moment we walked in he criticized her about the length of her nails she wanted (which they charged me extra for) and her were the exact same length as mine. He mentioned my engagement ring and kept winking and sticking his tongue out at us then asked “what about fatty over there” and pointed to my cousin. Then proceeded to say to her “I told you to lay off the food”. I mean she was a good sport about it but i would hate to see the way he treats other bigger people. Like idk a little more professional for the first time im meeting you would be nice. The application of my nails was terrible because i didn’t pay extra for gel so i messed one up then asked her to fix it and she used a completely different top coat then guy used on my nails so now ones way more shiny than the rest. Over all super bad experience do not go there especially if you’re fat.

First time was the tangerine color and I had big gaps behind the Polish as far as I was concerned right from the beginning the picture is from 3 days after the manicure and acrylic nails. The second picture the pink with the flowers this is the day of the manicure as you can see the finger with the flowers that nail is on completely crooked or rather was filed completely crooked. I mentioned again about the Polish not going all the way to the back and how it was leaving Gap so quickly and was told that was the way it had to be.

First I asked for just a plain paint and next I know she stated a gel….couldn’t understand her well, so I went with it, she left bubbles and didn’t even paint my nails all the way down to my cuticles, so there’s a big white gap on all my nails, does not look so good. My daughter go acrylics and hers were done horrible she asked for them to be cut shorter and he refused to do it, spent 100$ terrible service.

Interesting last review and as I have never reviewed Medina Nails and Spa but I have been a client of the establishment and family for along time. I have specifically referred many women and men to them who absolutely find this family business remarkable as they have worked tirelessly and diligently to stay open and serve their customers during the difficult economic times with Covid. Employees are hard to find and if your nails or toes are unique, like mine, and you can only be worked on by one person……mine is Jenny, then repair or appointment. She requires a call because whoever is in front of her gets 100% of her attention start to finish and she is 100% booked so just a suggestion; if your nail require Jenny. Call ahead. I am so sorry that your experience was not good, but I just wanted to share that my experience has been much different but I do have to schedule because I require more. I love Medina Nails and Spa!

I did not hear him and I asked again. He very nastily said one second again. Then asked if we wanted to wait a half an hour….Absolutely not when you are rude from the 1st interaction. This is the 2nd time I’ve walked in to get a fill or fix mid day and no one would do the service. Kicker! THERE WAS NO ONE THERE. 1 lady under the dryer and 1 in the Ped. Chair. So you all can only service 2 women at a time. Note. Each time I went in they were within 2 mos. Apart. If its not profiling its laziness and unprofessional, I took my business elsewhere and left a 20.00 tip

Seems to always be running late.. even with an appointment your still waiting 30-40 minutes just for your appointment. Then since so far behind they rush. I had two nails pop off in less than a week went to have them fixed , t bone was rude and burning my fingers by filing to much I said it was hurting and I got the response ” that’s what you get” and the paint job was so rushed it doesn’t even match.
