I was tired of the few pockets of stubborn fat and decided to get rid of them. I spent time researching the various non-invasive fat reduction methods and settled on cool sculpting. I went to several places located in medical clinics, but chose Medical Spa NW for several reasons. I’m in a medical field and knew how to research. I was impressed with the fact that Rikki and Erin are performing cool sculpting in a very nice office environment by themselves. They have little overhead so they don’t upcharge their clients. Both of them are very knowledgeable and extremely professional. They didn’t try to hard sell me or make me believe cool sculpting was magic and would solve all my problems. Erin did a full examination of the areas I wanted done and told me which areas couldn’t/shouldn’t be done. Their honesty was quite refreshing. Rikki and Erin are both highly qualified in their areas. I had the first two areas done in June 2017. We waited 4 months to see the results before doing the second two areas. That was on Nov 6th, 2017. I am very pleased with the results of the first treatment and am already seeing results from the second treatment. I highly recommend Medical Spa NW withRikki and Erin for cool sculpting treatments.

Very good experience here with Rikki and Erin. Despite the big challenge of not knowing exactly how things would go for me as a patient, I had no surprises at all. Rikki and Erin were comprehensive in explaining everything that could happen, so I wasn’t caught off guard. Everything I experienced was something they discussed, including the improvements! I had very visible improvements in between my 2 visits. It was a huge relief, and I’m so glad I visited Rikki and Erin for this.

My experience here was fantastic. I felt apprehensive about doing this in the beginning. I feel uncomfortable in plastic surgery settings so when I found out this was cool sculpting only, I decided to give it a try. WOW! It was like going to a spa for the day, I felt like queen for a day! They pamper you, are super friendly and they do everything possible to make you comfortable. I was there for three hours and they bought and paid for lunch of my choice and it was served to me as I relaxed with many pillows and blankets. The pricing was reasonable and to top it off they gave me a $50.00 discount for traveling all the way from Shoreline for my treatments. This is the only place in my opinion to have cool sculpting done! (One last thing…lots of free parking:)
