She really listened to my concerns and gave me quality recommendations for other procedures that addressed my specific issues without making me feel pressured by pushy sales tactics. I love that the team doesn’t try to sell you a bunch of things during your visit – if you ask they provide information on their services, but they don’t oversell. They know that the quality of their services should generate customer loyalty, and quality it is. Their Botox is on the pricier side, but when it comes to cosmetic procedures I’m willing to pay more for the best service. Stephanie recommended a conservative amount of Botox, staying they could always add more but couldn’t take it out. I like their policy of a follow up appointment about 10 days post injection to check in on your results, make sure you’re happy, and make any adjustments where needed. I felt very confident in her skills and was very happy that they have appointment times on the weekend! Neither of us ever removed our masks (for some procedures I assume you have to) and there was no one in the office but Stephanie, reception, and me – they stagger appointments very well to maintain social distancing and minimize contact with others. I went to the Medical Skin Boutique yesterday for the first time. I booked an appointment for a hydrafacial with Jessica. Upon arrival the staff was welcoming, kind and provided excellent service. Jessica was amazing! She took the time to speak to me about my skin goals and provided recommendations without pushing me to buy their products. It felt like she genuinely cared about my needs and made me feel comfortable the entire time. The actual facial was awesome!
