Just today I received a call saying I had a balance of $180 and they were giving me a final warning before sending me to collections. It was from an appt in 2016 and the service was so terrible that I never went back. I also never received a bill. Threatening someone with collections during a pandemic when no one is working and money is tight is just appalling. You should work on making sure you bill people correctly instead of trying to collect the money four years later. I asked for a reduction and they said no. Don’t waste your time going here when there are many other great massage places in the area that actually bill accordingly and are not overpriced.
