Our mission is to deliver exceptional 5-star service at every visit to those seeking goal-oriented skin care in a relaxing environment. Our professional MediSpa staff consists of a Medical Director and five Registered Nurses who perform cosmetic injections, laser treatments, and IV infusions. They are joined by two licensed aestheticians offering a wide variety of facial skin care treatments. Medical Day Spa of Chapel Hill, located in Southern Village Chapel Hill North Carolina in the same building as the Chapel Hill Children’s Clinic .

We moved to NC about a year ago and I tried out two other local med spas in the area I wasn’t super thrilled with before finding this gem. Med spas can be a little uptight and uncomfortable but this place isn’t that way at all. It’s a beautiful office and everyone I encountered was so friendly and helpful. I did a skin consult and some Botox with Julia and can’t recommend her enough. They carry all of the ZO line which if you aren’t using yet, you need to be. Julia helped me tweak my skincare routine for some recent issues and even asked another provider for her thoughts too. I absolutely love that they all work together and will definitely be back!

Hillary is the best injector I’ve ever been to and now she’s the only person I’ll let touch my face. She always knows exactly how much botox to use on me and where I need it most. We’ve tried new spots and every time I love it. I always trust her opinion on new things to try. She’s done my lips a few times and they look so natural. Most recently we tried filler in my cheekbone area and it made such a big difference! Her recommendations for products are always spot on and have totally transformed my acne prone skin and discoloration. I always get compliments on my skin now. Thank you Hillary!!
