I’ve had facials/treatments at many local and international Spas. I honestly feel that Bianca is the best aesthetician I’ve ever worked with! She is knowledge & great at explaining what she’s doing and why she’s doing it throughout the visit. This gives me confidence that she has a “plan” customized for my needs. Critical: ProfessionalismI would like to share my personal experience to help you if you are planning to visit this place for a facial. I originally met their specialist Leeann for a facial and really liked her careful treatment. Since the sessions were purchased through Groupon, I bought a few more sessions to show my appreciation for her work, especially since she never asked for any gratuity. The sessions were purchased right before the pandemic lockdown. Around early November, when the pandemic situation was improving, I checked their website and sent them an email to ask about their plans for re-opening. However, I never heard back from them. Not too long ago, I was near their old location and went over to check on their status. One employee from AURA Salon & the spa told me that they had moved and provided me their phone number for contact. I was glad to hear about their business sustainability during the pandemic and hoped to get a facial done soon. After receiving my own vaccination, I called and made an appointment with their receptionist. However, they canceled my appointment without notice two hours later and I was puzzled. Later, they called me to let me know that the specialist I met was no longer working there and that they couldn’t provide any further assistance. I would like to share my personal experience to help you if you are planning to visit this place for a facial. I originally met their specialist Leeann for a facial and really liked her careful treatment. I visited Ken Caryl Medical Aesthetics in November and was really happy with my consultation and my results. I was reluctant to visit a medspa instead of a plastic surgeon but I thought Sherry listened to what I wanted and didn’t push me to do anything else. I thought her suggestions were conservative and I liked that about Ken Caryl Medical aesthetics. I look forward to returning in the future.
