I have been client of Medical Aesthetics for years. My experience with each visit and procedure has been outstanding. From the moment I enter the office, the receptionist is always warm and friendly. The staff is enthusiastic and knowledgeable regarding all the available products and services offered by Medical Aesthetics. In my opinion, Brenda is absolutely the best in her profession. She always makes me feel comfortable and her knowledge and experience is top shelf. I am absolutely thrilled with the results every visit. I was treated with such rudeness and disrespect at Medical Aesthetics. Brenda did my filler that was lopsided so I requested her to dissolve it. She refused at first, saying she never messes up even though the right cheek was clearly, noticeably bigger than the left. I still supported her business afterwards by getting threads and was treated with rudeness by Brenda since the filler incident. Clearly she doesn’t care about the happiness of her clients and is incapable of owning her mistakes. Take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of talented practitioners who have better energy and treat clients with kindness and respect. Horrible experience. Shocking behavior from the owner, Brenda.

I have had excellent service here. The staff goes over and above to help me maintain my skin care and understands how my health works in conjunction with my appearance. They have also done a fantastic job helping my 16 year old daughter take care of her skin. I work with Brenda for my botox and I have always looked very natural and have also had Cindy. Gwen has been a fantastic esthetician and helps me dial in my skin care routine and has done a great job with my IPL and laser treatments. Everyone here is so helpful to me and my daughter and our skin has never looked better.
