Nurse Kimberly Pryslak is extremely knowledgeable, took her time and seemed genuine. I never felt like she was trying to push a product on to me. The consultation lasted 1 hour, she took her time and answered in detail all of my questions. Additionally, Laurie (front staff) was extremely pleasant to speak with over the phone and once I arrived. She also sat with me to explain pricing and procedure.
