Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI am new to the neighborhood and this was the nearest nail salon. I decided to stop in and I’m glad I did! They took me in right away and were very good with maintaining cleaning and health protocols in relation to COVID-19. My nail tech, John spent the proper time making sure my nails looked great and had amazing attention to detail. Price was a bit high but the great work was worth it. I am new to the neighborhood and this was the nearest nail salon. I decided to stop in and I’m glad I did! They took me in right away and were very good with maintaining cleaning and health protocols in relation to COVID-19. My nail tech, John spent the proper time making sure my nails looked great and had amazing attention to detail. Price was a bit high but the great work was worth it. Will definitely be back!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualitySo it’s the day before my prom and I called 2 weeks prior to going to make my appointment for a manicure/pedicure.. When I had called I said I wanted a later appointment and they scheduled my mom and I for 6pm. I get there and they’re closing. Then the guy told me he moved my appointment to Tuesday all on his own??! They ended up rushing through doing my nails having me get a manicure and pedicure all at once with 4 different people working on me making it miserable. I looked forward to having a fun night with my mom but instead was very upset. Then once they finished it wasn’t even what I had asked for and my mom couldn’t get hers done. So it’s the day before my prom and I called 2 weeks prior to going to make my appointment for a manicure/pedicure.. When I had called I said I wanted a later appointment and they scheduled my mom and I for 6pm. I get there and they’re closing. Then the guy told me he moved my appointment to Tuesday all on his own??! Critical: Professionalism, QualityI loved coming here to get my gel nails done, it was nearby and I loved the way this place looks. I recently went there for a “gel pedicure”. It was my first time getting a gel pedicure I’ve gotten manicures but not the gel pedi. I thought it was odd that a led light wasn’t being used but I just thought it was a gel nail polish idk I’m not a nail tech. Turns out they used a regular nail polish yet I asked for gel and paid for gel pedicure. Even gave my nail tech $20 as a tip I’m a regular here and thought it was the best Until come to found out today I was lied to. I loved coming here to get my gel nails done, it was nearby and I loved the way this place looks. I recently went there for a “gel pedicure”. It was my first time getting a gel pedicure I’ve gotten manicures but not the gel pedi.
