This place looks nice, however they rush through way to quickly when it comes to service.It is also very expensive for nails in my opinion. For example I paid 92$ for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. That includes just removing what I had on before which was dip and basic design. The technician I worked with also did a horrible job at repairing my toe that got smugged during the 10 min pedicure. Unfortunately my nails now are so weak and breaking after 1 week of being done. Wouldn’t recommend 100% but if you want your nails done in a rush they certainly will get that done in 30 minutes.

Positive: QualityMy boss actually recommended Medford Nail Bar, and I went for the first time to get a dip manicure with tips. had to wait a few extra minutes to sit after my appointment time because it was so busy, but it was no issue at all. I showed a picture to the technician of what I was looking for, and she understood right away. She told me when she wasn’t able to do the design exactly the same so I got snowflake stickers instead, and love them. Any kind of design/sticker is more money, just to warn ya, but it’s extra work so makes sense! My boss actually recommended Medford Nail Bar, and I went for the first time to get a dip manicure with tips. had to wait a few extra minutes to sit after my appointment time because it was so busy, but it was no issue at all. Great experience at this nail salon! I will be returning soon. I got tips added and dip powder for my nail. My nail tech was super friendly and took good care of me. My nails came out exactly how I wanted them. Highly recommend others to visit this location.

They have online booking, but it was easier to get a same day appointment by calling. Their receptionist was really on top of things. My nail tech was Johnny and he did a good job, but hardly spoke to me. I got dip powder on natural nails and I’m happy with it. I will probably try a pedi from here sometime.

I went here since my coworkers gave me a gift card for a full acrylic set and then a refill 2 weeks later. I just took the set off and now have a fungal nail infection on 5/10 nails. I have never experienced this at any other nail salon. They’re always busy so it seems they don’t take the time to properly sanitize their equipment in-between clients. Prior to this I would have given them 4/5 (good nails. Not the best but decent) but now I wish I could give it a zero.

I wanted to love this place but not so much. The service is quick for sure, because they are rushing to get the job done and move on to the next person. My nails still have color from the previous manicure, the shape is off on several nails, and the gel has ridges in it at the tips so it just looks weird. It was just an overall awful job for my first experience here, so I would not recommend. Just go elsewhere. I should have listened to others that told me steer clear.

Horrible experience. Made reservations for a Sunday at 1230. Walked in a few minutes before reserved time. The entire salon was packed along with people waiting at the front. Check my sister and I in. She got seated within 5 min. I waited 20 min to get seated. Meanwhile my sisters water was getting cold because no one went over to her. A woman who checked in after me got seated before me because she was a known client….I get seated next to my sister and her lady attended her. I waited another 5min for someone. My nail tech was good. She took her time but didn’t do a good job cleaning my toes. A few other customers had a horrible experience and left on sight.

I will not be coming back. They threw on tips on my nails even though I didn’t want them just to make me pay for more. I specifically said my job does not allow long nails and I wanted my natural nails just shaped and she just just ignored me. The girl was so rude and rushed through the appointment to move on to the next one. She didn’t even do all of the steps properly And I still have color residue on my fingers. I’ll stick to elegant nails in Medford from now on.
