3 stars because the receptionist is rated -1 and 4 stars for the medical staff. This place provides a great service. The “medical” providers are knowledgeable and professional. The receptionist, however, is rude and persnickety. If I never have to call and schedule an appointment with her, it will be too soon. She needs to go. I’m tempted to find another place to go for these services- just because of her. She pushes the gel for regrowing eyelashes by outright criticizing your lashes…. no grace whatsoever; wow! As I was sitting in the waiting lounge I heard her berate a customer:patient on the phone about confusing her appointment time. It was unbelievable! She was argumentative and rude. Another woman sitting with me was mouth agape. Maybe she needs some focus training.
