Called to ask about a procedure that I heard this office could help with. Every time I called the answering machine picked up and then someone would pick up talking along with the machine……like really? The receptionist was really dry and nonchalant. Not rude but just wasn’t pleasant. After I asked about the procedure she proceeded to tell me they had nothing to help with that problem…..so I went on their website and there it was plain as day…..the procedure I asked about…..Really?? I would rather take my money somewhere else.
