I have been a customer of Med Lounge for about a year now and it has consistently been the most professional, friendly and welcoming medical spa I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. It’s a beautiful and relaxing environment, the services offered are all top notch and they use only the most current technology and innovations. All the members of the staff are wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly. I particularly love Kelsey, Annette, Nikki and Brittany. All are consummate professionals, they put you at ease and are the most welcoming folks; they are also very good at what they do. I highly recommend visiting Med Lounge in Ladera Ranch soon. I’ve had multiple services at MedLounge. Lip filler, cheek filler, Xeomin, hydra facial, DMK Enzyme Level 1 treatment, frax laser treatments, and now on their weight loss program. As soon as I walk in, I am greeted by such friendly and welcoming staff, Kelsey and Charity are so understanding with all my needs and make me feel like family. Brittany has created a beautiful establishment. She has top-of-the-line machines, products, procedures, and staff. She is so kind and understanding. She works with all of her clients to make sure they feel beautiful in their own skin. She is a faith-driven boss babe who truly cares about her clients. To her, the connections and the community go much farther than “skin deep.”
