Got a Groupon for laser hair removal and went for my first appointment. The technician doing the laser was very professional and convinced me to add on another area through the med spa (only one Groupon is allowed). I did so but when I went back for the next treatment, I had a different laser technician. The new laser technician did not mark my legs correctly and complained about her boss and how she makes her mark legs before doing the laser. She then marked my legs into huge segments (for example, each upper leg was marked into 4 total, front plus back) before proceeding. She then recommended I switch machines for the next treatment, which I did.

After my first session I’m already seeing results! They know what they’re doing, from the friendly staff to the new machines this is definitely the place you want to go for laser hair removal. I’ve tried other places around my area and all the machines were painful and slow; not to mentioned I’m at square one having the areas redone. I was worried because my first session was for a medium area and I was so shocked when I felt zero pain. I was so happy with the speed, I already booked 5 other large areas!
