Positive: Cleanliness, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI HIGHLY recommend Mechelle’s Nails!! I brought my mother-in-law here last week to treat her to a mani-pedi. This was her first time there (she lives in Jasper and we were visiting from out of town), and she was SO thrilled with the job they did! She said she had trouble in the past finding a nail salon that “got it right” as she has some foot issues and the leg/foot massage was perfect, as were all aspects of her mani and pedi. The smile on her face was worth a million bucks and her nails looked great. Everyone was very thoughtful and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend Mechelle’s Nails!! I brought my mother-in-law here last week to treat her to a mani-pedi. This was her first time there (she lives in Jasper and we were visiting from out of town), and she was SO thrilled with the job they did! She said she had trouble in the past finding a nail salon that “got it right” as she has some foot issues and the leg/foot massage was perfect, as were all aspects of her mani and pedi. Critical: Quality, ValueI’m very disappointed. I went to Mechelle’s nails this Friday to get gel and they look horrid. I got there at 5 an hour before close and they didn’t take any time on my nails whatsoever. They didn’t shape them and they paint was all over my fingers.. for $35.00.. I don’t know if it’s cause I’m young and they assume that I won’t tip good but age shouldn’t dictate service. I will not be going there again.Service: ManicureI’m very disappointed.
