Appointment made with the doctor. Was later informed that I’d have to see the Physician Assistant. No problem until I checked out. Not only did they want to collect my $50 copay (no problem), but they also wanted $50 for the biopsy and another $50 for the lab. Only agreed to the copay. Told to bill me if there was a balance due after the insurance paid, which there wasn’t. Had I paid the supposed additional charges, I would never have seen that money again. I wonder how many patients fall for this doctor’s office scheme. It’s oh so important to be cognizant. Needless to say, I wouldn’t go back to this facility.

I have been a patient of Advanced Dermatology for a few years, but this was my first visit to the Safety Harbor office. From the time we arrived at the parking lot, to the time we left, everything and everybody was delightful. The facility was easy to find and the parking lot was easy to navigate. We even got a ride from our car to the front door. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. Larry Strauss, PA and Irene performed the procedure. Both were kind, caring and sincere. I really appreciate the service I received from the professionals at Advanced Dermatology.

Dr Larry Strauss takes his time working with his patients. He works with both my teenage daughters and we’ve seen great improvement. My daughters feel confident with his treatment.

Very bad service. No actual Doctor on sight at all. Physician Assistant spent less than 5 minutes with me. You have to ask for what test you should run to figure out things. They do not care at all basically. I have to request prescription for some cream before I leave. Total time for consultation is less than 10 mins. The worst doctor visit ever! I would not recommend anyone go there.

I want my money back. I wasn’t even seen. The MA asked why I was there then left and brought back a prescription for something I told them ive tried before and didn’t want. The PA walked in as I was walking out. They made me pay my copay for nothing and I missed over an hour of work for that. NOT. HAPPY.
