I got nails overlay with powder, really unhappy with service man was literally rushing I told clearly not to cut or file my nails because I was growing it for months I knew 3 fingers nails were short still he did. Filed all of ‘em n made it short. I said right away I’m not satisfied still nothing happened nor was apologetic. And it’s just 5th day it started to come off terrible service and behavior. Won’t go again or recommend to anyone go there

Horrible experience and huge mistake trying this place out today. Asked for a certain color and they almost used the wrong color on me. When I told them that wasn’t the color I wanted, the guy doing my pedicure argued with me – saying that it is what I picked. The other guy doing my acrylics finally got the color I asked for then decided it would be funny to pretend to throw the bottle at me and started laughing. I’m upset with myself that I didn’t just get up and leave when that happened because it just kept getting worse. He rushed so much on doing my set that he barely shaped the nails. He was very heavy handed and rough while handling my nails as well. My thumbs look terrible, they’re skinnier at the base and get wider toward the top of the nail. I will never come back to this place again.

Decided to try this place because of the reviews. Everyone was very nice and welcoming, and even offered complimentary drinks. My only reason for giving 2 stars, is that my finger was nicked very badly during my manicure, and she just continued to spray alcohol on it until she realized the bleeding wouldn’t stop. So now my shellac just has a layer of blood on the sides. I know accidents happen but I’m not very happy with my experience regarding my nails.

They’re under new management. Katie did an excellent job with my dipped nails and Helen did my pedicure. I’m very happy with their work. The place is very clean and has a calming demeanor. The prices are very good. I brought my daughter for her birthday as well. She was happy with her mani and pedi. We will definitely be back!

Critical: Professionalism, QualitySince Anderson has been away I do not have any interest to frequent this location anymore. The customer service and work could be a lot better. After being inconvenienced and not receiving my service I opted to just have my nails taken off. After everything that occurred I would have atleast expected to not leave bleeding and paying $10 for my nails to be left like this.
