Went in for a mani pedi came out with just a pedi even though I made the appointment a month prior and paid 50% at the time the appointment was made. Don’t go unless you like waisting your time while they take walkins during your appointment. The place was very dirty and she only had 4 nail polish colors. So much for fancy wedding day nails.

My 5 year old daughter (a fashionista in the making) were treated like royalty at Me Time. Pedicures and fancy, “5-layer sundae” nails for the young lady and a pedicure that made my dry, painfully cracked, and unkept feet feel like new! Even though my daughter is young, she loves being treated just like a “grown up”. Fabulous!

This was my third time going in for the half spa day and I have always given 5 stars. After months of trying to get something scheduled and having to reschedule due to staff illnesses, I was so excited to return. The services I received were great as usual but I was told that the half day no longer includes the “light lunch” (tacos) OR the wash and style. When Giselle has done my facials in the past she used a headband but this time I had someone else who got all sorts of product in my hair and I left the salon a mess. I had planned on returning to work afterwards until I saw myself. I didn’t miss the tacos but the wash and style would have been nice. When the gift certificate was purchased, a list of services included was provided and nothing was said about any changes then or at any time during scheduling, until I was half way through my visit. They were otherwise pleasant and I have no reason to believe it was due to anything I had done but regardless, the services were paid for and not received. Very disappointing.

First time I went. I was expected both my treatments but one fell through. I was not aware. But the blonde hair woman that did my facial made up for it. She is very good. Next a went for a massage and I met the owner. It was definitely a different experience. I will return regularly for self care love for myself.
