I love MeSpa – I go here for everything, nails, waxing, facials and massage. Services are excellent every time. Super clean and calming atmosphere makes this a great place to relax, alone or with a group. They have great attention to detail and I always leave feeling calm and refreshed.

I showed up for my 10 o’clock appointment that I have been waiting for almost 2 months for and when I went to check in they said we called to cancel I’m sorry the provider never showed. I never got a call from them. When I said when the next available appointment she told me in another two months!!! I laughed and said yeah no I want my money back and I’m never coming back again. Supper rude and un organized and definitely not professional save your money and time!!! This place is a joke

This place is a complete joke. I booked a facial after spending 19 minutes on the phone to book an appointment almost a month out from the time I made the phone call. Two days before the appointment they called me to cancel the appointment and offered me another appointment another month out.

I’ve had a couple negative experience in the past a while ago and finally returned and each staff member was wonderful, friendly, and good at what they do. Glad I returned! Had the best facial, nails, and check in staff was great. I am happy all the small perks are back after COVID shut downs, you can go a little early and relax.

ME SPA called and canceled an appointment an hour before I was scheduled to go, could not accommodate an alternative time within the week. My fiancée and I were getting our nails done in preparation for photos to be taken of our rings during our wedding in a week, so 2 services for 2 people, but apparently moving someone else so that our wedding photos could be taken was impossible. Seriously, an hour before our appointment, and for a wedding. The level of unprofessionalism is staggering.

I was told to be at the spa 20 minutes before my appointment began for a complimentary foot soak. I was there for my appointment at 8:40 and the Spa was closed. I waited till 9:20 am before I gave up and went home.Also waiting with me, was a woman who took the day off of work for a “Spa Day”.
