We went here in October right before my wedding for a pedicure and manicure, but this was far from our first visit! Every visit we have ever had has been relaxing from the facials to the massage. My nails looked perfect for the wedding (and the honeymoon afterwards)! We used to live over an hour away from this location, but each trip out was always worth it. I would recommend the pedicure to everyone! If a location ever opens near our new home, we will definitely be first to visit. Thank you for the consistently excellent experience!

Appointments were made for a very small group of us for a special occasion. Get there and they were not able to accommodate us at the same time for any of the services we had earlier booked! Absolutely unprofessional! No apologies either! We were never informed ahead of time that we would not be able to get any services together! One of the services I got was a pedicure which consisted of a large pan on the floor and she poured some warm water over my feet. No soaking, no jets, no nothing! The lighting was so poor in the area to pick out nail polish I could barely tell what color I was picking! After my pedicure was finished on my unsoaked feet, I noticed bits of skin, callous that she failed to even remove! I’ve never had such a lousy pedicure. How does one do a pedicure on absolutely dry feet?! We were irritated because we had set up appointments for the three of us to be together during services which they assured us would happen, but we arrived, they threw a wrench in our well-made plans. They had to do services for us separately! We each couldn’t even get three services each which we had scheduled way ahead of time! Not one of the services each of us scheduled did we ever have together! Never saw them once! This “spa” is unprofessional! We weren’t even a large group! Just three of us! I can see why it is called Me spa! The ME part is all about them, bait and switch, getting people in there who booked services together and last minute treating us as though we each walked in separately off the street without appointments! This really ruined our spa day that was to be for a special occasion that evening! They ruined it with their unprofessionalism! One of the girls was so upset she got absolutely zero services done and she walked out! She was the one who worked hard at setting up our appointments at the spa where we were supposed to get services done together. We each were getting three services done but we canceled one or two of them because they didn’t have enough time! This is after setting up appointments over a month earlier! I’m actually glad I was the only one who ended up getting a pedicure because it was a lousy job done! How is it you pour some water over somebody’s feet and proceed with a inadequate pedicure and call that a spa service?! No soaking whatsoever! I had to go someplace else for a real pedicure! If you really want excellent spa services and professionalism, go someplace where the “ME” actually means the clients!

The front desk staff was great, very friendly and inviting. My husband and I came in for a facial and reflexology treatment. The facials were so relaxing we didn’t want them to end. We felt so rejuvenated afterwards. One of the reasons we chose this salon over another salon was because ME SPA offered reflexology, this was the deciding factor when booking here. The reflexology was not the experience either one of us expected. Alex used more pressure drying my feet off after soaking than he did on the reflexology. When I read the description on the treatment I was expecting firm pressure on my trigger points in my feet since that’s what reflexology is. That is not what either one of us experienced. He did a lot of turning my foot from side to side and rubbing it more than anything. To choose a spa based on a specific service they offer then that service being less than par was highly disappointing. This service was definitely a waste of money and I would not recommend anyone getting the reflexology treatment. My nail salon pushes harder on my feet/trigger points after a pedicure than this service offered.
