Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismVisited salon twice since reopening amid COVID-19. The salon is very clean and the techs all wear masks including customers. But my gel pedicure was not good for $50. Had to ask for the cuticles on my toe to be pushed back and cleaned up. I had to bring attention to the dry skin on my heels twice. The tech did not allow the gel polish to dry before applying more. No cuticle oil was put on my toes. This tech did the same thing a month ago. I really enjoyed going there but it may be time to locate another salon. My feet did not need a lot. I was just in the salon a little over a month ago. Needless to say, I passed on nail services.UPDATE: There has been a great improvement in the technicians that work there. Kay is the manager, and she goes above and beyond to make sure customers get the appointment time they desire.
