Dr. Penzi and her Team are great! Dr. Penzi’s Team is kind, welcoming and attentive. Dr. Penzi embodies all the great qualities I want in my Doctor: knowledgeable, kind, receptive, attentive, good listener, calm, honest, takes her time when answering all your questions in easy-to-understand verbiage while also informing you of the associated medical terminology. The waiting area and rooms are clean and spacious. Super convenient items to note: utilizing Zocdoc for booking, rescheduling and canceling appointments, no wait time upon arrival, Saturday office hours. Went to their Plainview location for a yearly skin screening. I have used their Commack location in the past. Was able to check in and register for appointment on phone a few days prior which made the ‘day of’ that much smoother. Staff was nice, attentive and I hardly had any wait time. Dr Gratch is a true professional and my wife and I have always valued his advice and expertise. Would definitely recommended a visit to this practice for all of the services they provide.

Had Mohs surgery done a little over a month ago. Dr. Tinklepaugh explained every step of the procedure as he was performing it. The scar is healing nicely and I think will eventually blend in.
