Did not appreciate the fact that I wanted to change my nail polish after realizing the quality of polish was not up to par (it was clumpy). He responds “I asked you if you wanted to change it”. He was extremely rude about it. The nails turned out fine, but I won’t be back.

This is a great place. They make you feel welcome , the best pedicures, nails, excellent waxing skills. Friendly staff. I have never had a bad experience there. They’re definitely worth a try.

This used to be a great salon, but based on my last visit I won’t be back. During my pedicure the woman having a pedicure in the chair next to mine had toe nail fungus. The two pedicurists–mine and hers–were conferring about her condition. Mine had gloves on, but kept reaching over and touching this woman’s disgusting nails and then without sanitizing her hands going back to work on my nails! My skin was crawling and I should have left right then, I was so disgusted. Yuk!

I went to this nail place because I was in a hurry. Never again. I walked in and wanted a shallac mani. Everything was fine until I got to my car and realized my nails were snagging on everything. They didn’t file them properly or evenly, nor did they clean my cuticles on the sides of my nails which causes snagging. The shallac polish should be thick and this polish is thin and just weird. As I’m driving I stop at a red might look at my nails and realize there is polish stuck underneath my thumb nail (even the base coat was stuck) and there was other spots of paint on my nails. I was heated. Never going back here. I should’ve went to my normal place preti nails in mukilteo. They are amazing!!! This place not so much. Horrible and expensive! $30+ for a shallac mani. Horrible
