Very unprofessional, my fiancé was trying to schedule an appointment since they won’t refill his prescription topical without seeing him even though he’s an existing patient (he’s been using the same thing for years) he called yesterday to schedule, no one answered — so he left a message, no call back. He called today to schedule and was hung up on by someone, then put on hold every time. Called again & someone else hung up on him. He told them he would just come in person since they wanna continue hanging up and being nasty. Someone from the crofton location called and actually started making threats saying “they know where he lives” inferring they will share his patient information which violates hippa entirely. I’d advise finding another dermatologist to assist your needs.
