I’ve only been here twice and I love it! I’m not sure who I had. The first time I had the woman with short dark/auburn hair and the second time I had one of the guys. They did great both times! I’m not sure why the reviews say they’re rude. They were all sweet when I went. The red was the first time I went. Acrylic full set with gel polish and the second time is the light pink dip nails on my hands and shellac/gel in my toes. Also I’m super picky when it comes to my nails and they really did great

Sat there for an hour had an apt at 10am and sat there till 11am and she put someone before that was a walk in and said they had an apt but my apt got skipped. Needless to say I never got my nails done. And the old lady was rude my friend also got her nails done and had the same apt time and her nails cost $50 and are messed up

I got the most expensive pedicure, I still had dead skin showing on my foot, the polish wasnt even even, it was all lumpy and weird. I also got my nails done and was VERY disappointed. Usually getting a whole set of nails takes around an hr. This place took 30 mins and the quality showed, I have peices and edges of my real nail showing because she didn’t take enough time filing. The fake nail tips are also not blended well enough with the dip that went on my real nail, there’s a dent in almost every one of them. I legit broke a nail before I even made it home. I love the scenery, and the drinks, don’t get me wrong. Not to mention it was supposed to be half off, because I’m missing a foot, and it was NOT half off. I wouldn’t have come here if I knew I was going to pay almost full price. Best thing about this place was the free beverages. But yall could do better, so do better. Yall are supposed to be a nail salon.

First time ever getting my nails done and they were very helpful when I was trying to decide what I wanted. They turned out beautifully for my prom and it was a wonderful first experience. I will be returning to get my nails done again in May for graduation!

The ladies were very polite and the older lady who dogs my pedicure was fantastic. She was very gentle and the chair massage while she massage my feet and legs was heavenly. I live my pedicure. She made my ugly feet beautiful. Great job.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI sat down and asked for a drink three times and the lady never brought me one, everyone else around me was getting asked for drinks and they all got theirs. I had told them in the beginning that I wanted my nails done and a pedicure and eyebrows. They did my pedicure first and as soon as it was done she was trying to rush me to the counter to pay. I said I was going to get my nails done but I guess not now I was so aggravated that she didn’t even ask me and still had yet to bring me A drink. I had told them it was my birthday, and she said oh you’ll get 10% off and I didn’t get 10% off. I am not from here so I just picked one at random on google that had OK reviews. I will never go back to this place. Also the lady that did my pedicure had long fingernails and she was digging them into my feet the whole time it was very very painful. Me and my friend went to get our nails redone and this what happened to her. She had her pinky one bleeding. Still made her pay 45 dollars something don’t look so good and they was pretty rough. Not happy at all. Not to mention I called at noon to make appointment at 6:15pm and when we there they are in a rush to go home. Hopefully Thur do better next time. When I went here yesterday they asked what I wanted and I said I wanted my nails done. They didnt ask what kind of nails, or if I just wanted them painted, etc. So I showed a picture of what I wanted and she began. She barely said a word to me the entire time. She did a great job on my nails but I wish the tips weren’t so long. When it came to the design I wanted, another girl did the design and she messed up on it. I was told it’d be $35 but it was $40 when I got to the register to pay. I’m mostly happy with my nails but not the service.

I had Henry and had to ask twice for him to make them the same length and they still are completely different, I will not be coming here again. I paid 50$ and they still aren’t what I wanted.
