I tried to get my lashes done; double checked my appt day/time. It is hard to find if you’ve never been in Sola before. I called to make sure I was even in the correct location; no answer. I left a message and then one of the ither salon artists helped me find what I was looking for. Salon was dark. No one there. This is unacceptable. I understand if you need to reschedule due to personal life,but no contact is unacceptable.
