I just move in the area and need a haircut bad I look up some places but this one is open on Mondays so I called to make an appointment since most of the comments were rejected by none appointments and the guy that answered asked me what time I want to come in tomorrow and I asked him what time does it open he says again what time do you I wanna come in I told him I want to come in as early as possible so whatever time you guys open I’ll come in he answered back with what time you wanna come in again so I told him 9am and he tells me well you will have to get with Neil call him in the morning because he won’t be in until noon so yes as for my experience just over the phone this guys was rude and unprofessional with costumer service
