Update : I had a single bad experience, I went back to have my nails fixed by Sarah and they were beautiful ! The staff were so kind and made an effort to make the best out of the situation (purple nails are the fixed ones) . Definitely will be recommending their services to all my friends ! The place was really clean and the people were nice and friendly. I went with a group of people and they all finished before me so the end of my pedicure was rushed. She only rubbed one foot, but when she did it was very painful. Now my foot is very swollen, bruised and painful to walk on. The pedicure looks good but I’m not sure if I will be returning.

I have been going here for over a year now and always had great experiences but as of the last few months the service has been very poor. The front desk girls are not polite and engage with each other more than the customers. Unfortunately, while getting my nails done the manicurist burned me several times. When I went to pay and got asked how my service was I said it was fine, I was burned several times and even bled a bit. The front desk girls response was silence…then asked me to pay without apologizing or acknowledging what I said at all. Very unprofessional front desk staff and I have never had such a painful manicure in my life. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because most of the time my nails come out looking great.

I visited this place 3 times. A dip powder manicure is really good. It lasts 4 weeks.I didn’t like a pedicure. A nail polish chipped in 3 days. Usually it lasts me 4+ weeks.

Critical: Quality, ValueI don’t recommend this place at all. The lady who did my nails cut me three times and was apologetic, but it was very painful. These are how my nails look after about 6 days. They already look old and grown out. My nails do not grow fast by the way. The nail tech missed many steps and even forgot to push my cuticles back resulting in this. Another lady did my toes and one nail chipped within about two days. The regular pedicure doesn’t even include callus remover to take off dead skin. I’ve never seen that at a nail salon before. I feel like this salon gave me “trainee” nail technicians thinking I would accept this awful service and not say anything. I will not be back.I don’t recommend this place at all. I don’t recommend this place at all. The lady who did my nails cut me three times and was apologetic, but it was very painful. These are how my nails look after about 6 days. They already look old and grown out. My nails do not grow fast by the way. The nail tech missed many steps and even forgot to push my cuticles back resulting in this.
