I have read all the reviews here and my experience was different. I went here by chance of there being an opening as I was supposed to go to another place for the first time and I am glad I didn’t. This place is nice clean and quiet. I have only gone twice and plan on going back. The one and only lady I have seen there is great! I don’t recall her name but it’s not any of those mentioned in other reviews. I just know I really enjoyed the deep tissue and the hot stone. I will continue to come here for sure.

The lady texted throughout the message, answered her phone and also answered the front door. At one point, she put the phone on speaker and was wanting me to give directions in English to a person on the phone….all in the middle of what was supposed to be a relaxing massage.Not sure what that technique she used was either. 5 star deep tissue!! Helen is AMAZING. I’ve had lots of massages and none compare to hers. She really takes time to address your needs and gives a full 60 minute massage. (Most places give 50 mins.) I won’t go anywhere else!

I have been going to this place for over 2 years now with probably over 50 visits (that is no exaggeration) I have mostly seen Helen who is pretty good depending on her mood, but this this last time I saw the owner who is Phi Phi . In the past I had seen Phi Phi about 5 times and her attitude and routine is the same. The massage starts out good but she stays in the same back area and never focuses on other areas. But what really makes me mad is her cold attitude. She knows that I am a regular customer but treats me very rudely. She cut my time short this last time. I still gave her 30 percent tip and she looked at me with disgust. A loyal customer does not deserve to be treated like this. I am done with McKinney Massage forever. They just lost a loyal customer with me because I was spent a lot of money there in the past. I will look for a new massage place . My 2 years of loyalty is over. I will never recommend this place.
