Critical: ProfessionalismVery disappointed with the owner/business. I had an appointment to get my hair done today at 10:30 am. My fiancé made the appointment for my birthday and I had a certificate for $400. Mackenzie herself texted to confirm my appointment last night around 7pm. I confirmed. Today at 7 am (day of my appointment) she texts and cancels saying she has not felt well all week and needs to reschedule. My first questions is this … if she felt sick all week, why did she try to confirm my appointment last night instead of reaching out to reschedule? Then, when we tried to get refunded that turned into an issue. My fiancé had to personally show up at the salon basically demanding the money back bc Mackenzie only wanted to Venmo/PayPal which we do not do. When he went there, Mackenzie was doing other hair appointments. In my opinion she was being lazy and simply did not want to work at the time my appointment was made. Very disappointed with the owner/business. I had an appointment to get my hair done today at 10:30 am. My fiancé made the appointment for my birthday and I had a certificate for $400. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueDonnie Williams actually listened and asked probing questions of my wife for her haircut. The result was the best she has ever had. It achieved better results than she could have hoped for because he didn’t just look at a picture she liked and do a cut that was similar, but instead asked what she liked about each picture in order to plan the optimal outcome. Will continue to do business with him going forward. Donnie Williams actually listened and asked probing questions of my wife for her haircut. The result was the best she has ever had. It achieved better results than she could have hoped for because he didn’t just look at a picture she liked and do a cut that was similar, but instead asked what she liked about each picture in order to plan the optimal outcome. Will continue to do business with him going forward.
