Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueVery poor customer service. I went with my friend they skipped her 3 times. They over charged me according to the board on the register. The nail polish looks so bulky like the polish was poured over and the lady claims it’s the polish she used. Like what ? Should you customer bring in their own polish? It appears only the guy husband owner has a license but not the wife nor the other workers. I recommend going to a classier place and pay extra for customer service and better nail polish. If you aren’t white you won’t be treated equally. Just avoid this place.Reply to your comment I called you and went back to the store you did not make it right. You claimed it was the nail polish color and then that it was because I choose white. Very poor customer service. I went with my friend they skipped her 3 times. They over charged me according to the board on the register. The nail polish looks so bulky like the polish was poured over and the lady claims it’s the polish she used. Like what ? Should you customer bring in their own polish? I finally gave this place a shot and I wish I went sooner! Kathy was kind, light handed, and made sure I was happy with my nails and that I got them the way I wanted. While getting the mail fixed it turned out different not as thick and the gentleman who painted the clear coat had to apply it again to every nail. He kept making faces and shaking his head because they are horribly done. Asked me multiple times who did them . It’s now Monday and it’s worse than ever . I really don’t know what to do. Got my nails done on a Tuesday, by Friday a nail broke right off. While getting the mail fixed it turned out different not as thick and the gentleman who painted the clear coat had to apply it again to every nail. He kept making faces and shaking his head because they are horribly done. Asked me multiple times who did them . It’s now Monday and it’s worse than ever . I really don’t know what to do.
