I absolutely love this salon. I am pleased with their experience and detail when it comes to how to be treated as a client. They also have no issue at all fixing a problem with your nails, as long as it was within a reasonable time frame from you visiting them and having your nails done. I was hesitant to go to another salon after moving cities and this one is worth a visit. Thank you for doing such an amazing job and being so customer oriented.

Sat for 3 hours with my mother in law to get pedicures?! Laughed when I put my shoes on to inform them I will not be paying for a service after waiting for my mother n law to get her feet done. Then laughed saying sorry and they could do my feet now. The workers then started speaking their native tongue and had 3 other workers ask me to allow them to do my feet. NO . They finished and started people in store and took on more walk ins after myself and mother n law sat . If I could give this place negative stars I would . This is a terrible establishment. I wouldn’t comeback . Nor never recommend this place.

My daughter went today, paying with her own hard earned money, and was made fun of and made to feel like SHE was an problem to them because she has an issue with her brands sweating. Then they did a horrible job and took her money. They should have just refused to do her nails. Even though she’s had them done there for years! They are rude and unprofessional and aren’t good at what they do anyway. I can pay $5 more and my nails last a month. There they won’t even last 2 weeks.

The worst pedicure and service I’ve ever experienced! The nail polish was old. Streaked on my nails. Didn’t provide good service at all! Ten hours after the pedicure, the polish was so old, it wasn’t dry. I made efforts to call and complain. I was told, there was nothing they could do! A total waste of my time and money on my birthday

Critical: Quality, ValueI received the SNS with removal on Friday 12/3/2021. This was by far the worst manicure I have ever received. By the end of manicure, 4 fingers were pouring blood from Brenda filing my nails so bad, she was filing just my skin. And then proceeded to still charge me $40. I have never received a manicure where I was left with several open sores that were painful and bleeding. I received the SNS with removal on Friday 12/3/2021. This was by far the worst manicure I have ever received. By the end of manicure, 4 fingers were pouring blood from Brenda filing my nails so bad, she was filing just my skin. And then proceeded to still charge me $40.
