I had the absolute best pedicure ever. The lady made sure that each leg had equal attention, all toes were touched up beautifully, feet were scrubbed without being painful, and my nails were painted to perfection. I didn’t get anything special, but loved the whole experience.

My 12-year-old daughter and I went when it was very busy (a few days before Christmas) and still were able to get our nails done nicely without making an appointment. The wait was long but it was worth it to spend some girl time with her. One guy working was a bit rude when we walked in but the gentleman that worked on us was very nice and funny. I appreciated his attention to detail and how careful he was with my daughter. We loved our nails!

Always leave unhappy! Most of the staff are rude, and the one guy who sits further down from the register is honestly just mean. He has made my friend leave mid appointment because he refuses to listen. When I was going here for awhile, I would ask them to take off my old nails after a few visits because they were poorly done and they never cut down the natural nail underneath. The mean guy would try to talk me out of it even though I asked for them to do so while booking my appointment. The shaping looks juvenile, so I just drive to the Cities now.

Asking a customer “how many pounds are you?” Which has nothing to do with the service you are doing is UNCALLED for. And when the manager is notified they make excuses that “he’s new” it’s called RESPECT. I will not EVER use this establishment as they body shame their customers. Shame on you!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have given this place two chances. The first time the lady was super rude and I asked her to put tips on my dipped nails, and she said yes but cut them all the way down to my natural nail even though I asked her not to (and still charged me extra for tips). The second time was about two weeks ago, my friend and I had an appointment and we didn’t get in for 30 minutes. I didn’t have Jon, but the other guy (I’ve heard very good things about Jon and how people only go to him), the other guy was very unprofessional and rude. He was whipping my hands and fingers back and forth, I asked for an almond shape and he gave me a very rounded shape instead, made my nails super long even when I asked him to cut it a little. At the end when he was filing, he chipped off the color and got my finger with the electric nail file. It started bleeding and I asked him if he could fix the part he had chipped, he looked at me and started laughing. Didn’t fix it. Was very unprofessional giving me my receipt and watched to see what I would put for a tip.My friend had a very bad experience with her pedicure.I will never be going back.I have given this place two chances.
