Absolutely beautiful establishment, such a relaxing atmosphere with nice rooms and plenty of spa and beauty services to try. I had a massage by Lina and it was exceptional, very relaxing and eased my neck pain. Everyone was friendly, especially Meng at the front desk. Positive: Professionalism, QualityI was so impressed by M&C relaxation studio. I recently received an oxygen facial by Olivia and a massage by Jason. First off, the price points are incredible — with the monthly specials, the price of the facial was only $60 for 70 min, and the massage was only $50 for 80 min. I am from Long Island but now live in Ann Arbor Michigan, and similar facials/massages would be at least twice as much for something half as good. I would come here all the time if I could.But back to the services. The facial was 70 min, and the facialist was constantly active (at other facials I’ve gotten, the facialist doesn’t do anything half the time). For the oxygen facial, you receive a cleanse, mask, oxygen on face and scalp, toner/moisturizer, steamer, and removal of black heads and sebum/oil. Whenever there was downtime (eg mask was setting), I was receiving a massage. I was so impressed by the massage part especially given that it was a facial! Olivia massaged my face, scalp, arms/hands/shoulders, and my back (at the end). Olivia also did an excellent job removing very stubborn sebum in my pores — something that is hard to do and not all facialists will do. She was gentle but effective. On top of all of that, Olivia was so sweet! Next time I’m on Long Island, M&C is my first stop.I should note that my mom and brother, who live here, also got facials and are obsessed with them.Now the massage. The massage was amazing. It was a full body massage + feet. Jason makes the massage relaxing but effective — balancing between the two. He definitely got knots out of my shoulders/upper back. The hot stone part of it was amazing too. I was also impressed that it really was full body — I was so grateful for that, as my legs/calves were also really sore! I left feeling extremely relaxed. Note that at the beginning they massage you under a sheet before applying oil — I wasn’t sure (I once had a massage that was just under a sheet, and it felt so weird, so just a heads up). They massage you under a sheet to relax you first before moving to oil on skin, which is how the rest of the massage is!My brother and husband also got massages and both had Helen. They also said she was amazing and really strong! They loved the massages and were extremely impressed.In short, great value and great service.
