Came to MC nails to get a pedicure and gel manicure today, loved the pedicure but my gel manicure was awful. The lady was nervous and rushing. Nails wasn’t the same length on both hands, clear acrylic and gel on my hands and they weren’t coffin like i asked. Don’t sit at the last table on the right when you walk in. I went there today and got my eyebrows waxed. The lady that did them did an excellent job. She was very gentle, caring, and the quality of my brows was great! However, I didn’t like that the woman who greeted me at the door was very sharp. She wasn’t friendly and she didn’t stand to greet me. She commanded that I go to the back of the room, “go to the back”. I would have liked her to say, “Great! Mary will take care of you today.” Or “Go ahead to the back of the room and Mary will be with you shortly.” It made me feel like I was interrupting their day despite being a customer. The back of the room was clean, but it wasn’t inviting or relaxing. It was dark, sort of dingy, and the chair where I was told to lean back was a regular chair instead of a massage chair. I was very tense until I got my eyebrows done. I would like to go back because she did a great job but I think I’ll look for some place else; there are a bunch other places that do a great job and know how to treat their customers.

I went based on the reviews. It was friendly and certainly clean. I kept hearing how these nails would only last 3 weeks. Then I understood why…they put such a wide space between the cuticle and the gel that it doesn’t take very long for the nails to grow out to the point that the gap is huge and you want to redo them! I could tell the technician was very good, she was able to be extremely accurate, so it wasn’t because she couldn’t have gotten the gel closer to the cuticle. The nail gel should have been bumping up against the cuticle. Instead there was a gap of about 2 mm. So yes, it has lasted 3 weeks. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Surprised all these people put up with such a scam. Maybe it was just my tech. Her name will not be disclosed but prayer will be applied. So sad to see people resort to such tactics.

I only get my nails done about 1 or 2 times a year but when i do i choose this place, the proces are much more reasonable than other places & i love how i can show them a picture of what i want and i get the exact same results! The lady who did my nails last time gave me a free lotion, not sure her name but when i go i never remember who was there the last time since i dont go often. Definitely recommend the place

Went to get an eyebrows waxed. Waited 15 minutes. Asked the lady how much longer it would be. She said 10 minutes. I waited an additional 10 minutes, still know one helped me. I informed the lady that I was leaving because I waited the time she said and still no one helped me. I finally gave up and left. This place has really gone down hill. I had been going here for years but won’t be back due to very very poor service. The staff do not care about the customers here. They lost a customer today. I would not recommend going here for any service.
