Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI just moved to the area 3 days ago Googled closest nail salon and this was exactly 3 minutes from my house so I gave them a try. I was a walking so I understand that you have people who have appointments also people who are there before me, so my turn may take a little while. I waited 30 minutes for them to work as a team on two people while another lady to sit in the corner scrolling on her phone. Which I thought to myself on maybe she just does feet. No she started doing a lady nails that came in after me. So I said to myself ok she had an appointment. After 10 more mins the man was done so he started on my nails was almost finish until a ladies said something to him he stopped painting my nails in mid stroke got up and started doing someone else’s nails. I’ve already waited 40mins for you and someone else to tag team a lady which I understand because you guys were working on her before I came in but to stop my nails and make me wait again for someone who came in 45mins after me is beyond me and I will never be back here again! I just moved to the area 3 days ago Googled closest nail salon and this was exactly 3 minutes from my house so I gave them a try. I was a walking so I understand that you have people who have appointments also people who are there before me, so my turn may take a little while.
