Nasty operator who completely ignored my request not to cut my hair in a certain way, charged an extra $20 for needless color (I’ve NEVER needed more color at other salons), she slopped it all over my face and neck, while denigrating my style and choice of products. A very demeaning visit. Even so, I was taught to tip generously, which I did, without even a thank you.

I bought a groupon for this place for a gel mani and pedicure. I was rushed, I was told how bad the nail tech wanted to go home. It was the worst gel manicure i have ever had in my life. Paint and gel on my fingers, snagging and ripping off as soon as I got home. I did not appreciate the fact that I purchased the services at a discounted rate and then received a mediocre level of service. At the end I got a frequent visitor card “since I didn’t have to pay for it” [i guess she meant my mani and pedi]. I tipped over 20% on the original price of the services, since I work for tips and recognize the importance, but I will never return. The salon itself seemed alright, i got some top shelf hair products for a nice sale price, and besides the tacky and non fluid decor the salon seemed homey and staff was personable, nice to see in an area of such corporate domination.
