The stylist was very friendly and courteous. It was my first time at this facility. Clean and even the customers were friendly. My stylist made sure that she did what the picture showed and what I wanted. Good braider which the braids was not extremely tight or hurting my scalp from the others that I have been to. I will go back to the braider that did my hair which I do not know how to correctly spell her name but I gave her a ten dollar tip.

Got my hair done a few months ago and I asked them if they could fix a couple of areas so that it would look more like the picture. They then proceeded to have an attitude, throw the combs around, etc. so I didn’t even ask for it to be fixed further. I won’t be back. Hairstyling

Critical: ProfessionalismMy daughters and I love getting our hair braided at this shop and have been coming for years. Today I called about my appointment that was scheduled last week for today 9/21 to only be told by Victoria that “no you do not have an appointment…” never mind the fact that I took out my braids to be touched up in the front and back and I have a job to attend to. Victoria went on to say that she didn’t schedule the appointment, she is currently braiding someone else’s hair and the person who I made an appointment is not there. She advised me she would call and see if someone could come in and I told her I would check and see if I could find someone else too because I needed my hair done for a work presentation today. When I followed back up with her she told me she didn’t call anyone because I said I would check around too.Victoria got upset and was yelling in the phone as if I am a child. She was VERY VERY rude considering how they are not able to fix my hair and I had an appointment scheduled from last week. My daughters and I love getting our hair braided at this shop and have been coming for years. Today I called about my appointment that was scheduled last week for today 9/21 to only be told by Victoria that “no you do not have an appointment…” never mind the fact that I took out my braids to be touched up in the front and back and I have a job to attend to. I found this place on Google, read the good reviews and decided to give them a try. I wasn’t disappointed at all. My daughter and I got our hair braided. We were supposed to be there at 7. We were an hour late but still received swift service. Everyone was very knowledgeable and polite. They took the time out to make sure your comfortable and that they aren’t hurting you. If they feel they are they are apologizing. I was so comfortable I keep falling asleep. As tender headed as I am that’s never happened. My daughter is picky but she loved her hair. Needless to say but we will be back. This is my go to shop for now on. Every lady that came into the shop left with their hair gorgeous. I don’t know you ladies by name yet but I will. Thanks ladies for a good experience.

Do not patronize these people … Rude..Does not guarantee their work…two ladies did my hair the first did the front of my hair the seconds lady was not experience in doing spring braids. Front & back look totally different …went back t o get my hair after paying& would not even try to fix my hair.. Also, No one was wearing mask and they suppose to check your temperature when entering.. Not a safe place especially with this Covid-19 … Will never patronize this dirty place ever… $170.00. Omg…Where do I begin, First arriving to my appointment her son Greeted me with a smile and respect.While waiting in this Beautiful Home Salon which was very Welcoming. Bintou comes with a Beautiful smile and Ask me what I wanted and she also gave suggestions. Very prompt Friendly Caring and Fast with braiding. I will be returning In 2 weeks also PRICING was reasonable.

Clean shop. Followed covid safety protocols. Great braiders.Update: As with most braid shops. Be sure to tell them to not braid too tight. I got tension bumps at the nape of my neck due to braids being too tight. Lasted over a month though.

The WORST customer service I’ve ever received. I called the day before to schedule an appointment. I was told to come at 8am. The next day i show up at 7:50 and WAIT until 8:40 for the lady to show up. Then she tells me that she has another client coming at 11am so she will have to stop doing my hair for 40 mins so she can take her other client! I am clearly upset because I’ve already waited 40 minutes. She then tells me she doesn’t feel comfortable doing my hair and to leave!

My braider was nice and fast. The only thing I didn’t like is they charged me $10 extra to pay through cash app when another lady paid $5 extra to use cash app.
