This salon is amazing, they really do all in one! I came in as a walk in for a wash, re-twist and two stand twist for my dreads.. Service was efficient and didn’t take long. The ladies there are wonderful and so is the owner but she needs to work on her customer service. I had faux locs done and within a week I had 2 fall out. She asked me to return, ok but then I was hospitalized. When I reached out to her again, because I was back home taking my locs out I noticed that some of them my ACTUAL hair was glued to the hair used to wrap the loc. she stated she couldn’t do anything because too much time had passed. Never asked for simple documentation to be able to conveniently satisfy the mistake her stylist made.

Worst customer service EVER! did I forget to mention my real hair is now falling out do to someone not knowing what she was doing to my head after waiting for a whole hour while having an appointment I’m so disappointed!
