These women do the nails decently but are way better at talking about their customers. I don’t understand how one can be frustrated and upset when asked to do their job and proceed to talk bad and belittle those that are sitting right across from them. And doing it in another language nonetheless simply because they thought my sister and I wouldn’t be able to understand. They rushed through my sisters manicure (leaving one hand significantly better than the other) leaving her to fix them when getting back home. When we left, which was before 7, and driving past not even 5 minutes later to all the lights being off and no one being inside. If they wanted to close earlier they could’ve just not taken our appointment when we called hours ahead or change their hours. “Mama Rosa” and Marcela will not be receiving any of my or my associates business. They are unprofessional, which is a shame with the potential they had.

It’s a pretty lovely, comfortable , and clean spot. The workers are extremely nice and talented, but I DO NOT recommend the gel nails. The nail polish or it seems the brand they use comes off rather quickly for being a gel manicure. Maybe another kind of manicure is fine, but just from those types of nails I did not think it’s worth a try. You will be disappointed in like a week.

Don’t waste your money. I got the spa pedicure and manicure and there was nothing spa like about it. There was no hand massage, no lotion, my hands were soaked for about 30 seconds in what appeared to be a dessert dish and the warming mittens were only on for 2 minutes. My nail polish is already chipping and it’s only been 5 hours. My $55 spa pedicure was even worse. She did not rub the dead skin off my feat, the water was cold, the hot stones were placed under my feet for me to rest on them (there was no massage with them as stated in the description), my feet were not massaged and the whole thing was rushed. I feel like I just threw away $100.
