We gave this business another shot after having a previous negative experience and unfortunately, nothing has changed. They were extremely rough and caused my mother’s nails to bleed twice. The shape of the nails are poorly done and are all different lengths/shapes. Additionally, the employees were rude and not at all open to fixing the requests pertaining the services. If you’re in the area, I would avoid M&B Nails at all costs

Kevin saw me quickly to repair the nail and matched it beautifully! I was so happy with his quick and skilled work that I set an appointment to see him for my next manicure. Very positive atmosphere. Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe guy that started my nails got very mad over me asking him to fix 3 nails because one had hair from the brush under acrylic and didn’t have the acrylic spread evenly on my nail. He then slammed the nail stuff down and started yelling at me telling me he wasn’t fixing my nails, I simply told him I didn’t mean to be difficult but I just wanted my nails fixed. He then yelled at me saying get out and don’t come back. So I asked for the owner and he stated he was but the lady said he wasn’t. He started pacing back n forth, I told him that he was making me uncomfortable and to please stop yelling at. The lady then proceeded to tell me to shut up because he will keep yelling at me. My mother in law was with me and said they had poor people skills.Overall experience I will not be returning and if I could give 0 stars I most certainly would. I went here quite often a few years ago and loved it every time(got shellac/gel). I recently started coming back and have gone 3 times, and not exactly happy. I love the look of my nails (acrylic now, my nails weren’t good enough to do shellac again), but dang she’s rough on me! This past time I feel like I have hangnails on every single one of my fingers because of how she was making sure there was no paint on my fingers. Also, she almost always nicks me with the file machine each time, which hurts. The first time I went back in July my fingers were sore for a couple days because of how rough she was with everything. Is this normal?? Am I being a baby? I don’t know, but it seems like it shouldn’t STING to wash my hands because of tiny cuts around my nails??? I guess I’ll have to take a break for awhile and have dull nails. 🙁

My toes were cut extremely short before I could say anything and they left most of them jagged and uneven. Went to get pedicures with my friends and had an awful experience. They did not ask any questions about what we wanted, besides color. My toes were cut extremely short before I could say anything and they left most of them jagged and uneven. This was only my second time here and it was equally as bad as the first time when my nails were lumpy with shellac and uneven. They do not take their time to do a good job, even if they aren’t that busy.

Very rude kept pulling and pushing my fingers and stabbed my finger with her nail to push skin back and left all the nails different shapes and uneven acrylic painted my toes a different color then what I wanted and didn’t paint the whole nail on a few second time going Mandy was very rude didn’t even ask what shape i wanted not going back mainly because of cleanliness its very dirty and unsanitary and rude people working there
