Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went to the salon for a trim. At the end of the trim, I asked Mazin if he can thin a few sections of my hair. He said that he wouldn’t thin it for me because it would change the length. A few days later, those few sections of my hair were not blending in because of their thickness compared to the rest. I called him and asked if I could come in when he’s available to thin it out- he again claimed that it would shorten my hair. When I explained it’s what I preferred, he was adamant about not doing it and refused. He was utterly disrespectful and shut the phone before saying goodbye. I went to the salon for a trim. At the end of the trim, I asked Mazin if he can thin a few sections of my hair. He said that he wouldn’t thin it for me because it would change the length.
