I was very pleased with Mayte’s service. I got extensions for the first time in March at another salon, and they did a poor job in multiple ways. Mayte was much better. First, she removed all the old keratin tips without breaking any more hair or leaving glue behind. Then she did a fantastic job with the color, and the keratin treatment worked like a charm. I came back a week later and she installed new 20″ extensions – and some of my old ones that she had converted from keratin to microbead, saving me a lot of money! She actually mixed two different colors of blonde in the new ones and they look SOOOOOO much better than my old extensions that were all one shade and did NOT match my real hair. She also blended my hair really well so you can’t tell with the real hair stops and the extensions start. Super happy with Mayte’s service and will be returning for sure!

I had a GREAT experience at the nicely decorated salon! Mayte is so friendly and warm. She is so knowledgeable about the process of the Keratin treatment and explained each step to me. On the 4th day I washed my hair and blow dried it. It looked so sleek and straight. Even when I went outside and it was humid, my hair DID NOT frizz or curl up!! (a first for me) I’ve washed it twice already and it still looks amazing. In between the times I don’t wash it, I just flat iron it and it looks awesome. I’m so so happy with my treatment!! Mayte did a super job on my thin frizzy flyaway hair. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! Oh I almost forgot: great haircut too! She did EXACTLY what I wanted. I hate when hair stylist go rogue!! LOL

It was great in the beginning. We decided on an extension color and started the process. Toward the end however, she complained I had a bad haircut to begin with, she made me feel it was my fault the way the extensions were looking. After becoming teary eyed seeing my hair she made up for it by saying we can make it work. It didn’t work. I left looking like a troll and her policy is no returns or refunds so I’m stuck with hair I hate. I would not recommend this shop. Very opinionated and makes you feel awful about yourself and your decisions.
