Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI visited the spa 2 days ago needing a deep tissue and stretching after an intense work out. I opted for the 60 min treatment. The therapist had strong hands and knew how to use the weight of her body to provide right pressure and knew exactly what to do, as the very trained professional she is. Additionally, the place has positive energy and it is immaculate and clean. All masseuses wear protective mask. May’s is a five star establishment. I visited the spa 2 days ago needing a deep tissue and stretching after an intense work out. I opted for the 60 min treatment. The therapist had strong hands and knew how to use the weight of her body to provide right pressure and knew exactly what to do, as the very trained professional she is. Walked in and expected a standard deep tissue well understood by any masseuse. I paid 106.00 for only a back massage. They did not.commmunicate to me that neck, arms, palms and legs were not included. I feel a little shortchanged and ripped off.Recommendations: find another place that doesn’t try to squeeze every dollar out of you.Response to owner: its the owners responsibility to have employees who communicate properly and provide information to the customer.I was visiting from Tampa. Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityCheated me out of an hour massage. Only did 40 mins. Then a 3 min table shower where I was a told it was a 15 min table shower. A big scam. Didn’t even listen to where my issues were. Stayed in my back 85% off try e time.
