2 weeks postpartum with twins, made a morning appt, arrived on time, made all arrangements necessary for my twins at home so I can leave them for a few hours while I get a haicut. When arrived stylist was walking out the door, leaving the salon. At least I could have been notified minutes earlier. I drove 30 min from and 30 more min to my home. Not a pleasant experience.

Pretty disappointed. I have gotten my hair done here before in the past so I decided to get mine and my daughters hair trimmed. Everyone was nice. However, while trimming my hair I was asked if I wanted the front cut short or layered and I told her I don’t mind layers as long as it doesn’t take away the length. She cut about an inch off and now I have bangs. Then my two-year-old daughter gets into the seat who has curly hair, and Myra without being the one to trim her hair walks over and starts blow drying it before the trim. I was upset because I never put heat on my daughters hair purposely and wasn’t even asked if it was ok to do. I told her I don’t put heat on her hair and all they said was “oh” but the blow drying was done.. I don’t understand why they thought that was OK especially because I asked for a trim, not a blowout or anything else. Nowadays this point my daughter is terrified and refuses to stay in the chair so they ended up giving her a half job. The front was cut about an inch shorter where is the back was not cut at all and it was extremely longer than the front which was the whole purpose of me getting the trim anyway was to even it out. I tried to stay as long as I could to get them to fix it but my daughter was so afraid from the blow dryer she refused to sit. She has never been scared to get her hair trimmed at the previous place (That usually wets her hair and then cuts it)

Make sure you have time when you go here because the wait is forever!!! Most times low staff count, and they have you sit under the dryer a very long time. Not very caring and considerate to their customers and their time. They do whatever they want between time. Eat, chat, drink. And my hair wasn’t washed properly . I was glad when I was done. Two hair dressers is not enough for the volume of clients that come in. Find another place to do your hair

Went in to get my 100% human hair wig dyed from brown to black. Dropped my wig off the night before and showed up the next day in the afternoon and it still wasn’t ready. Ended up waiting over an hour for my hair to get dyed and when I got my wig back it was wet and my blonde part of the wig turned grey/ green from the black bleeding on to the blonde. Quoted me for $30 then charged me $40 for a terrible job. I am supposed to walk out happy and walked out with my hair in worse condition then when I brought it in. Not to mention my friend brought it in for me the day before and had to wait while people were talking instead of greeting her at the door. Would not recommend them at all.
