Absolutely loved my hair cut. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. I’ve wanted a haircut for awhile now ( it’s been years since i cut it) and wanted a drastic change. Critical: ProfessionalismLacked beautician and communication skills. As well as 1st level business skills. Staff did not wear nor supply any kind of PPO equipment. She will literally burn your scalp and be like oh I’m sorry teehee and talk bad about you to her sister (that also works there doing nails and washing hair) in Spanish. love the owner and how she cuts hair but there were two girls yesterday who put me down for a 7pm appointment for a haircut i got there at 7 and they were closed. they are not open till 8 i would change the hours on here before someone gets mad i love the cuts so i don’t want to see the store go down over something small
